		<description>Complexity bias extends beyond the enterprise to government and may be the one weak spot in capitalist society (and generally I am a subscriber to the &quot;End of History&quot; thesis).  Look at SarBox, accounting regulations, employment law, Gordon Brown on enterprise culture, I could go on.</description>
