Same here JP - Its the only way that my wife and I can get any dialogue with my son since he went to university. My neice has linked up now too, and we also seem to have been adopted by a number of his friends who seem pretty bemused at us. Interestingly, we are regarded by some as "brave". Apparently her mother doesn't want an account because she doesn't want to see what they all get up to. I must say that their are times that I can sypathsise with that perspective. As the current "Facebook generation" moves through the educational system and into the workplace, they're going to bring a whole new understanding of the way in which organisations interact. I wonder whether our current predominant command-and-control mindset can cope with this...? Its file storage and file sharing functionalities is going to add a whole new dimention to Facebook, and it will be interesting to see if Facebook evolves into its own file sharing network.
