[...] Great album, I really loved it, but Stephen’s right: today, thirty years later, what lives in my memory is the enjoyment of the live performance. Not the hundreds of times I’ve listened to the album. Now that album has many fantastic tracks, but the one it is probably best known for is Desafinado. Which is the kernel for this post, aided and abetted by Kevin Marks’ comment re kangaroo. [...]

Hi Balaji, I haven't had time to write up the Facebook event, and a few other things for that matter. Will do shortly. Nice to see you around. You too, Kevin. Hadn't heard the kangaroo one, loved it.

That kind of etymology really intrigues me, where a relatively short word conveys a lot of meaning. More later.

Bugs becoming features! and then bugs and the cycle goes on.
Wooden top, rolls, Tambaram, and now Ambattan bridge. It is getting interesting by the day?
But what happened in the facebook debate? I'm curious.
