Shameless plug (sorry!) and nothing close to traditional ragu, but if you're in for a change and you happen to like rabbit, you can find a Ligurian rabbit ragu/stew recipe at http://boldlyopen.com/2006/12/17/the-sunday-post-down-the-rabbit-hole/ JP,
